- After an hour, remove the lid and add the olives. If the stew appears to be entirely dry, add additional hot water (14 cups or less).
- Cook for another 10 to 15 minutes on low heat, covered.
- Serve immediately with Moroccan khobz, pita, or naan.
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
